In India, Vinita serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of CRISIL Ltd. and Syngene International Limited, is a Member of the Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore, an Advisory Board Member of PwC and chairs the CII National Committee on Nutrition.
